How Staff Access the System

Works on any phone, tablet, or POS terminal

  1. 1Share the QR code or link with your staff
  2. 2Staff open the link on their device
  3. 3Enter Staff ID and 4-digit PIN
  4. 4Start taking orders immediately

SUNMI Printer Setup

For SUNMI V3 / T2 / T3 devices

  1. 1Open the Waiter POS using SUNMI Browser (not Chrome)
  2. 2The app auto-detects the SUNMI JS bridge
  3. 3A Print button appears on the order screen when ready
  4. 4Tap Print to send directly to the internal thermal printer

If not using a SUNMI device, printing works via LAN (configure printer IP in Settings → Devices).

Staff not set up yet?

Go to Staff Members to create accounts with role Waiter and assign a PIN. Only active waiter accounts can log in.
